    We were told that we were their "favorite tenants" for the three years that we were there. While there kept the place immaculate, best maintained in the complex.Signed a contract because we were told it would give us a "lower rate". Found out upon leaving that none of the neighbors had a higher rate that were month to month. Refused to refund us the last month of living there, then made some B.S. excuse about the deposit to give us back less than 20%. Had our yard dug up most of the last 6 months, making it unusable. Not the way to go if you are looking for a clean transition to home ownership, or are looking for a temporary apartment.

    Horrible experience. Kept our deposit plus charged us extra 500 dollars for the stuff that was already broken/damaged/dirty when we moved in the house. Wouldn't listen to our reasoning and also didn't let us be present at the final walk through.
