  We were told that we were their "favorite tenants" for the three years that we were there. While there kept the place immaculate, best maintained in the complex.Signed a contract because we were told it would give us a "lower rate". Found out upon leaving that none of the neighbors had a higher rate that were month to month. Refused to refund us the last month of living there, then made some B.S. excuse about the deposit to give us back less than 20%. Had our yard dug up most of the last 6 months, making it unusable. Not the way to go if you are looking for a clean transition to home ownership, or are looking for a temporary apartment.

  I arrived in Las Cruces on Tuesday, October 3, 2017, from Illinois. I rented my apartment, site unseen, in September, 2017. It was furnished with a washer/dryer and new carpeting. The Willow Brook grounds/common areas are immaculate. I found Nikki May (property manager) to be kind, helpful and personable. Las Cruces is beautiful and the Willow Brook Apartments is conveniently located in walking distance from the following: Starbucks Coffee, iHOP, Las Cruces Motor Vehicle Division (MVD), U.S. Post Office and Sam's Club. (Yes, I walked to all of these.) There's a WalMart* mall just East off of US Route 70. Surrounding the mall are the following: Taco Bell, Wendy's, Mattress Store, Do-it-yourself Car Wash, Denny's Restaurant, and Walgreens. I haven't found one thing to complain about. Not one.
